Ex-Moderator is not so much a rank as it is a designation. An Ex-Moderator is a player who was previously a moderator, but was demoted or banned.

The short version is simply that he became involved in drama on a daily basis, got into arguments with just about every player on the server, and managed to turn himself into the laughing stock of the Badlands in record time. His demotion followed a string of inappropriate behaviors such as making up self serving rules on the spot and abuse of powers. RocketPSI can best be described as the Badlands' lolhouse.
