The Real Estate Board was located just beside the stargate in Downtown. This board allowed players to post houses and living spaces for sale so others could view them easily and get an idea of the pricing instead of hunting around on their own.

- The Real Estate Board stood on the same location as the Donation Box did previously.
- The spot on which this board was built was once home to Friendcool99's diamond grave before he was banned.
